Skies of Arcadia is Getting a Remaster?

In this weeks of the popular gaming show “The Xbox Era Podcast”, the host Nick revealed a tantalizing piece of information: he claimed that he had gotten a glimpse of some screenshots that suggested a remaster of Skies of Arcadia, the classic role-playing game, was in the works.

Arcadia is a role-playing video game developed by Overworks and published by Sega in 2000. It is set in a world where six civilizations live on floating continents and fly airships. The player controls Vyse, a young air pirate, and his friends as they try to stop the Valuan Empire from reviving ancient weapons that could destroy the world.
