FTC suffers another defeat in court, allowing MSFT to finalize the deal this weekend.

The 9th Circuit Court has dismissed the FTC's final appeal in the eleventh hour, rejecting their efforts to halt Microsoft's closure with Activision Blizzard King ahead of the deal's July 18th deadline
